 Applies QMS in managing QA laboratory.

 Develops, improves, and customizes equipments, processes, and analytical methods.


 Implements new programs, SOP, work instruction, test methods, and instrumentation.
 Establishes quality standards to maintain laboratory equipment performance.
 Prepares test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests
 Advises and coordinates test procedures.
 Keeps laboratory consumables and supplies stocked by determining inventory level.
 Maintains laboratory instruments and troubleshooting malfunctions.
 Maintains laboratory productivity by monitoring the workload of functional areas.
 Identifies informational needs to manage laboratory information systems.
 Maintains laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.
 Prepares laboratory staff by teaching analytical theory.
 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning laboratory staff.
 Counsels and disciplines laboratory staff as needed to achieve productivity goals.
 Evaluates and ensures compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
 Writes or prepares technical papers and test reports.
 Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy laboratory documents (MSDS, COA,
reports, etc) on behalf of industry professionals.
