1. Please complete and sign the attached application form, scan and send it
back to us together with your scanned documents from the list below, please email
or WhatsApp them to us.

 European ID/passport or driving licence

 Utility bills with address
 Payslip/p60
 Bank statements.

2. Please arrange to pay the non-refundable holding deposit of £50 per person
directly into our bank account, details below. This holding deposit will hold the room
for 2 weeks, to give you time to organise paperwork. If your application is successful,
the holding deposit will be deducted from your first month’s rent.

After the application/reference check has been completed, we will prepare

paperwork for you to sign and you will be ready to move in.

You will need to pay your first months rent and your £200 deposit per person before
moving in.

We will need to see the original documents, and have cleared funds in our bank or a
cash payment, before we can give you the keys.

You will sign a 6 months tenancy agreement.

After this initial payment, rent will be paid to us monthly by standing order.
