Instructions:

Engaging in self-observation and self-discovery is the first step of self-management. In this course’s videos and
recommended readings you’ll find many popular as well as schlarly sources, helping understand the self and others,
explaining and exploring topics of human life cycles, body and wellness, mind and mind power, thinking skills and
creativity, behavior styles. In particular, we’d like you to get familiar with personality types on truity.com (the Holland
hexagon model, Briggs-Myers) and talentlens.com, thinking styles on thinkwatson.com, learning styles
on mindtool.com, cultural identification on culture-at-work.com, and behavioral styles on mmmsonline.com. We
recommend that you take tests, identify your personality traits and other personal characteristics, and think about
their relevance for your career development.
