On this day, the project has reached the practical completion in accordance with the conditions
of contract.

With reference to the works done by the above mentioned vendor at Thales Privet Limited,
Richmond road, Bangalore. All works have been truly completed in accordance with the
tender/Contract drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract issued.

The Defects Liability period (DLP) of 12 months is now commenced for the supply item against
manufacturing defects and extended warranty will be for 12 months, and will expire on
01-11-2023 respectively, as established in the conditions of contact.

Operational & maintenance manuals, as built drawings & Warranty certificates are submitted as
the conditions of the contract.

The retention bond shall cease to be required, and returned to the contractor, upon expiry of
the defects liability period.
