Approval is hereby accorded vide reference 2nd cited, for deputation of following
officials to attend 3- days non-residential Hands on Training on “IEC 61850 and GOOSE
Configuration” from 25-10-2023 to 27-10-2023 to be organized by the Central Board of
Irrigation & Power (CBIP) at Siemens Power Academy, Goa.

2) Deputation of the above officials to attend the above hands on training programme
shall be governed by the following usual terms and conditions of deputation.

i) The above training program is Non-residential.

ii) The period of absence from duty for attending the above hands on training shall
be treated as on duty, as per the APTRANSCO rules & regulation.

iii) The deputed officers are permitted to draw TA, DA if any, connected with the
above workshop as per the APTRANSCO rules & regulation.

iv) The deputed officers are requested to contact following official for any

 v) The deputed officers are requested to submit the received material at training
programme to Chief Engineer/PRTI/Visakhapatnam along with a compliance
report.

3) Sanction is also hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1,77,000/- (Rupees One Lakh
seventy seven Thousand Only) including GST i.e., (Rs.35,400/- per each participant,
i.e., 30000+ GST @18%) towards registration fee for a total of 5 No. Participants.

4) Participants will have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding and
lodging etc.

5) Payments towards registration fee should be made by Demand draft/Cheque in favour

of ‘Central Board of Irrigation & Power’, payable at Delhi or amount deposited/
transferred to HDFC Bank, CBIP A/C No.00031110004411, MICR No.110240001,

6) The responsibility for arranging payment of the registration fee to the organizer rests
with the participant.

7) The Superintending Engineer/400KV Circle/Visakhapatnam, Superintending

Engineer/400 KV Circle/Kadapa, Superintending Engineer/APTRANSCO/O&M
Circle/Nellore and Superintending Engineer/O&M Circle/Anathapur are requested to
arrange the payment.

8) The above deputed officers may be reported on 25.10.2023 FN.

The expenditure is chargeable to the following head of a/c. Viz, “APTRANSCO-O&M

expenditure – Administration & General expenses – Other expenses – Fees & Subscription
A/c. No: 76 – 151”.
