I am writing to bring to your attention an important matter. I am currently a 2nd year

MBBS student at QIMS and have been fortunate enough to be selected for an
Undergraduate scholarship under a project titled, "Provision of Higher Education
Opportunities for the Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase-3)". For
the completion of my scholarship application, following documents are required:

1. The complete fee structure for my entire degree, as issued on the college's official
letterhead.
2. Duly attested Invoice Proformas for the fees paid for the academic years 2022 and
2023.

Challan for the fees paid are attached as part of this application for your reference.

I kindly request your assistance in obtaining the aforementioned documents at your

earliest convenience. Your positive response in this matter will be highly appreciated.
