Offer some help in below situation in formal or informal way based on the person
and situation.

1. You are moving office. Staff have to transport everything in the old office to the
new one. You have a van, offer help to them.

Hello Van, May I offer you help by transporting the stuff?

2. You are a new employee. You want to impress your boss. Offer to do some extra
works.

Can I get some extra works for you?

3. The office had a party last night and it is now a complete mess, trashes are
everywhere, all the dishes are dirty, and the floor is wet. Offer to your boss that
you and your friends want to help.

Excuse me, sir. May I clean the office with my friends?

4. Your friend has to go away for a business trip. She has some meeting
appointments with her clients. You can cover for her.

Can I help you attending your meeting with the clients?

5. Office holds a charity event. Your boss is too busy to organize it.

Can I offer my self to organize the charity event?

Construct a short dialogue with your partner based on the instructions.

You : “Hello Dewi! It’s me Devina, nice to meet you”

Partner : “Hi Devina, How are you?”

You : “I’m fine! Anyways have you got anything going on Sunday?”

Partner : “Sorry, I’m trying to focus on finishing some assignments. Why?”

You : “Well, I was planning for you to attend a photography class with me
since I have extra tickets! Maybe we should try again next Sunday?”

Partner : “Wow, that sounds nice, but when did the class start?”

You : “According to the schedule, the class starts at 09.00 a.m. Before that,
we gather at the Lobby Library Warmadewa at 08.30 a.m.”
How about it?”

Partner : “It’s too crowded there. I think it’s better if we gather in the
Warmadewa parking area”

You : “Oh, good idea. Okay, so next Sunday, we will attend photography
Class at 09.00 a.m. Before that, we gather on the parking area at
08.30 a.m.”
