▪ Initiate Phase: Prepare PDR - Project Definition report, Identify Internal & External
Stake Holders, High level discussion on SOW with Internal Architects,
▪ Planning phase: Confirm SCOP from client, Prepare Project Plan – MPP, Conduct
technical discussion, Setup Architectural discussion as part of requirement gathering
& Prepare details Runbooks for implementation, Prepare Communication plan,
Estimate Role wise Resource efforts & Procurement of software and hardware
estimates & Tracking, Plan Vendor Management, Plan & Approvals on
Implementation Dates, Identify Dependencies, Issues Risk and plan Mitigation,
▪ Execution Phase : Ordering Hardware & licenses, Prepare team for Implementation,
Conduction Infrastructure & application Build, Communication Project Progress
▪ Monitor and Control Phase: Supervise the work for Accuracy and quality of work in
execution, daily review of the Execution and completion plan part of scope, Mange
Resource availability, Dependencies like external Pre REQ-readiness confirmation.
Conduct Internal Infra and Application level tests & Test results collection, Schedule
and closed Client leave Testing, Moving setup to production & Hyper care support.
▪ Closing Phase: Ensure Infra level, Application design, LLD’S, AHLD, SHLD, Work flows
as Documented, signing off documentation, prepare Closure Report with closed
issues, Recognize the teams, Release, Final project closure documentation.
Project 1: Move SE Application infra from Capgemini to IBM CMS, CMS4SAP Cloud &
Traditional DC.
Project 2: Migrate APAC, EMEA, LATIN America Ctrl-M & EM Server from CG to IBM DC
Received Recognition from Client & IBM for completion project –
with 0 Impact to Client.
Project 3: Realign Some of the CMS4SAP Cloud system back to Traditional DC.
2019 – 2020 Project 3, Project 2, Project 1: Job Roles as Lead PM in Schneider Electric – SITS Program:
▪ Interlock with all Stake holder of Client & Engage IBM Architects, Application Team,
Infra teams & review Application Technical documentation, SHLD, AHLD, NT and
other documents.
▪ Engage & lead Wave PM with me in achieving successful migration by Plan Run Book
for migration
▪ Engage Architects, SME’s, all key Stake Holders for confined AHLD, SHLD, NT,
Technical documentation
▪ Design Application & infra level Test plan for Quality check on & after migration.
▪ Execute migration, keep track of RAID Log, Defects, Vendor, Manage Resources.

Role: IBM Sandvik Orchestration Cloud Deployment Services (ICDS) - InProgress
Infrastructure Project Manager, Transition & Transformation.
Own & Manager the project completion by engaging Right resource, planning &
implementation at all level including, Detailed requirement gathering on required
procurement, Resourcing management at HW Build team, OS Team, MW Team, Application
development teams, Patterns development Team, Day2care owner ship, Handover to client
after successful testing moving to production.
Project 6:
2010–2014 IBM Client: RBS Royal Bank of Scotland – New Bank W&G – Williams & Glen
Role : Middle Ware Project Manager , Transition & Transformation.
The 250-year-old banking brand, Williams & Glyn owned by RBS. RBS Group (RBSG) has
agreed a million dollars pre-IPO investment in its Williams & Glyn business. W&G banking
infrastructure is being developed with RBS new generation IT architecture to meet business
demand.
▪ Lead 350 Banking Applications infra build and Develop Test Data Migration
▪ Lead all IT Infra Build Run Book PM, interlock with Server Build Factor PM, Linux,
Solaris, HPUX, AIX SME, AD, ESX, AT&T Team for tracking progress and priories the
bottle necks.
▪ Engage with Middle Ware SME for Pre Requisite required for MW Software
configuration and installation, engage with BFM for Windows, Unix, Solaris, AIX SME
for arrange the MW Pre Requisite (Access, Storage, File System, Packages, License,
other required components)
▪ Drive MW PM Call for AIB Design wise Server Build, MW Component installation,
Configuration status, find challenges and resolve, data base level Connectivity
required, MW level IVT (Infrastructure Verification Test) Results.
▪ Analyze Every Application wise IT AIB Design (Application & Infrastructure Build)
which has following information: Data Sources, Platform Info, Source Discovery,
Source Infra Diag, Target Design Conditions, Target Infra Diag, Target Systems, Target
Software, Target Storage, Target Network Info, Target Data Flows, Target Shared Svc
& Middleware, Target Database Info, Target Backup Reqs, Target Bill of Materials,
Target Appliances, Data Validation
▪ Interlock with BFM (Server Build Factory team), NIT & AT&T (Network Team) to get
the Servers build as per AIB Documents, OS install, OS level configuration, Network –
IP, VNIC, DNS Configuration etc and keep ready.
▪ Interlock with Infosys team on Database DDL Scripts and engage MW Database SME
for final configuration and ready ness for Application team to install the Banking
applications.
▪ Interlock with Higher management on Project deliverable time lines to prioritize the
Server & MW Build activity.
▪ SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) Analysis & tracking
▪ MW Resource utilization for project timely delivery.
▪ Single Point of Contact for 8 Banking & Insurance Z/os Mainframes MVS Accounts in
the POOL (Legal & General, Global Bank of IRELAND, State Street, CNA Insurance,
NASCO, XCEL Energy , Tata Steel AND Bell Canada. ).
▪ Managing a team of 29 technical people on Mainframes Platform.
▪ And Managing team of 60 member in cross platform competency for BOI Bank.
▪ Schedule the Project changes for Z/os System Maintenance Activates, Product
Upgrades in all the accounts depending on Technical resource availability, Client
