1. What is your product describe it


Eggplant, scientifically known as Solanum melongena, is a versatile and nutritious
vegetable that adds a unique flavor and texture to various dishes. With its glossy, purple skin
and soft, creamy interior, eggplant is a staple in cuisines around the world. This low-calorie
vegetable is a good source of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. It contains antioxidants,
including nasunin, which may have protective effects on cells. Eggplant is also known for its
potential health benefits, such as supporting heart health and aiding digestion.

Using historical supply and demand data as well as the demand and supply gap,
we can evaluate the marketing position of eggplants. We will also identify our target
market and competitors in this field, which is going to help us in determining the most
effective marketing approaches to take into account when promoting our products in
order to achieve the desired level of profitability and to demonstrate our commitment to
offering our customers quality and value of eggplants at the most competitive price.

2. Financial how much is the capitalization


Our business capital is generally derived from the personal savings and assets of
the partners. The financial statement provides the movement of the funds in this section
of the study. To ensure that we optimize the value of our cost drivers, the partners
carefully considered the pricing and quality of all the materials, suppliers, and equipment
utilized in the business from a variety of sources in the market.

3. Organizational set up
This corporation is organized as a partnership, specifically a general partnership.
The management component exposes the laws and regulations that apply to the
company. It also describes how the organization runs. It is made up of all graduates of the
Bachelor of Science in Business Economics program at Pamantasan Lungsod ng Maynila.
The total of each contributed capital given by the partners will be used for business
operations, maintenance, and equipment. The organizational structure of the firm is a
functional management wherein the employee’s skills and abilities should meet the
requirements set by the company policy and are carefully examined by the manager as
part of the employees benefits they will be given proper remunerations especially since
we provide benefits such as SSS and Philhealth.

4. Technical aspect
In this aspect the firm will focus on understanding the specific requirements for
growing healthy eggplants. This includes studying the construction plans for the farming
facilities and ensuring that the firm procure the necessary materials for the cultivation.
The firm is also committed to following local government standards and safety practices
to ensure the well-being of our team and the quality of our produce. It’s all about creating
the right conditions for successful eggplant cultivation while keeping safety and quality in
mind.
