    Dear All,

    As the end of the month is already approaching it must be ensured that the Goods & Services
    Receipting (GSR) is up to date for every PO Line.
    We want to start reviewing accruals and clean up open POs to reduce the amount of unnecessary
    accruals – and help you manage your budget!

    Please kindly read the below carefully and act accordingly by 31.03.2020 EOD.

    Receipt or Update your Open POs in GSR Tool


    Statutory View (Legal Entity) – Subsidiary 1604
    Action required by all on the “To” List – PO Owners/Invoice approvers

    As a PO owner/invoice approver, you are expected to report on the goods/services delivered within the period,
    under your PO. This is to ensure the company report the costs correctly in the right period and avoid negative
    impact on future budget allocation.

    Extra Note:
    With the rapid spread of Covid-19 worldwide, many vendors may not be able to send us the
    invoices on time. It is therefore even more crucial for you, as a PO owner, to do your Goods and
    Services Receipting. Please do your part to ensure the company do not under report on the
    costs incurred.

    Please use the Goods and Services Receipting Tool to report on:
    Scenario Action

    PO Line item fully or partially received Enter the $ or % amount that has been received

    PO Line item not received Update the delivery date

    PO Line item no longer needed Close the PO line item

    Check your Open POs: GSR Deadline – CD-3 (date prior to AP Lock date)
    See attached GSR Excel Report – Filter
    column O by your name
