hereby state on solemn affirmation as under:-

1. I say that I am the Advocate on record appearing for

the Petitioners in the above mention Writ Petition filed for

quashment of criminal proceedings arising out of the FIR

No. 379 of 2017 dated 21st September 2017. I say that I had

sent/dispatched the compilation of the above proceedings

to the Respondent No.2 and 3 by Registered Post on 03rd

March 2022. A copy of the Postal Receipt is enclosed

herewith and marked as “Exhibit A”.

2. I say and submit that the Respondent No.2 and 3 have

duly received the said compilation of paper and proceedings

of the above matter and the online tracking report

confirming acknowledgement showing service of paper and

proceedings been received by Respondent No. 2 and 3 is

enclosed herewith and marked as “Exhibit B”.

3. I, therefore say and submit that the paper and

proceedings in the above matter have been served on

Respondent No.2 and 3. I say that the above contents are

true and correct as per my own knowledge and belief.
