PAPER PRESENTATION COMPETITION

DESCRIPTION
This Synergy’17 we bring together Scientists, Academician, Field engineers,
Scholars and Students of related fields of engineering and technology.

We will entertain papers from the following branches:

 ECE/EEE/EIE
 CSE/IT
Participants are requested to mail their abstracts to ietevit@vit.ac.in
Abstracts sent by e-mail must have the subject of the e-mail as: [PP]
[Branch][College]
The last date for sending your abstract is 10th of December, 2016.
You will be informed about the selection of your abstract through an e-mail.
The Paper Presentation Competition will be conducted on 20th ,21st and 22nd
of January, 2017 in VIT University, Vellore.
Any other important detail regarding the venue or the timings of the
competition will be conveyed through e-mails.

CERTIFICATION
CERTIFICATES of participation will be provided to the all the participants
from IJIR.
So come and be a part of this amazing phenomenon to showcase your talent.

Procedure:
 Students have to present their abstract a few weeks prior to the final
presentation.
 The selected abstracts will be presented before the judges in the final
presentation.
 We will shortlist papers which will be published in IJIR.
The participants also have a chance to win prizes worth Rs. 10,000
(including all categories).
 A common registration fee of Rs. 500 per team(max of 3) has to be paid.

Recommendation
It is strongly recommended to come up with an original piece of work. We
are open to innovative ideas and a vision for discovery.

Kits
A paper presentation kit will be provided to all the participants.
