OPEN POSITIONS DESCRIPTIONS

Staffing Coordinator: Plan and oversee a company's human resources operations. Identify
company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy. Assist the HR department with
hiring, training and onboarding new employees. Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance
with company and industry labor requirements.

On Call Coordinator: The functions depend on the work that the Personnel Coordinators who work
in the morning have not been able to solve, which basically is to ensure that all patients have a Home
Assistant (Aide) providing the service on the days it is needed. In case one is missing, you must call
the Aides (from a list you have) and get someone to agree to go. Also keep the patient informed about
the Aide that he has accepted and update all this information in his schedule. In addition to that,
confirm that all the Aides have met their schedule, and mark the entrance and exit; in case they
cannot, it must be done by the system. Finally, at the end of the shift, you must submit a report of any
eventualities that have occurred during the night. (Sundays - Tuesdays, and alternate Wednesday,
4.30pm to 8.30am EST)

Software Tester: Someone able to perform manual and automated tests in order to find any possible
bug in the software workflow, and run regression and acceptance tests for new implementations
released to the software. This person needs to follow a DevOps methodology, which combine testing
on the Development team and later providing support to the Operations team. This person needs to
have some knowledge about programming languages such as Javascript and Go. (Full time: 7.00am
– 4.00pm EST).

Marketing Specialist: Someone who, as the name suggests, specializes within a particular area of
marketing, such as influencer marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, field and event
marketing, market research, branding, paid media, content marketing, copywriting, and so forth. (Part
Time).

Administrative Assistant: Their responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing


reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral
and written communication skills and be able to organize their work. (Mondays and Thursdays / From
9:00am to 7:00pm CST)
Sales Assistant: A customer service position, aimed to assist customers and make sure their
shopping experience is enjoyable. Sales Assistants are expected to advise customers and answer
any queries they may have, it’s essential for Sales Assistants to understand the products so they can
give as much information as possible.

Sales Development Representative: They are responsible for outbound sales prospecting. As a
result, they spend much of their time reaching out to potential clients through the early stages of
the sales funnel, either preparing prospects to speak with a closer or screening their true intention to
buy. (Full time. Monday to Friday / 9:00am to 6:00pm)

Customer Service Representative: The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing
incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new
customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Recruiter: This person would have to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and
qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview
process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a
pleasant experience. (Full time: 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm).

Operations Manager: The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing the right processes
and practices across the organization. Some of the specific duties include formulating strategy,
improving performance, procuring material and resources and ensuring compliance. (Full time
9.00am to 5.00pm EST).

IT Support Level 1 and 2:

Lvl 1: Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware
systems for department users and/or the university community. Provide individual instruction and/or
training to users on new or updated technologies. May train student employees.

Lvl 2: Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor the functioning of personal computers and server
systems, undertake pre-emptive maintenance on telecommunication equipment, escalate issues
which are unresolved, aid other teams in supporting different operating systems, besides Wide Area
Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN), and respond to phone calls, messages and e-mails
relating to system issues or hardware problems.
Client Support Tech Role: First line of helpdesk and tech support for end users that call into the
support line and create tickets. Excellent customer service skills as all of our clients are on monthly
contract. Excellent written communication skills as some tickets are managed by chat or email only.
Requires heavy desktop troubleshooting experience to help resolve problems efficiently and let the
user get back to work. Have real world experience in multiple areas including networking, windows
OS, Office desktop apps and general 3rdparty application support. A Client Support tech needs to be
able to pinpoint the problem quickly and gauge how long it will take to resolve. (Full time: 9am –
6pm/6.30pm)

Jr. Software Developer: Entry-level software developers that assist the development team with all
aspects of software design and coding. Their primary role is to learn the codebase, attend design
meetings, write basic code, fix bugs, and assist the Development Manager in all design-related tasks.
(Full time).

Frond End Software Developer: A front-end web developer is responsible for implementing visual
and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser when using a web
application. They are usually supported by back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-
side application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do.

Network Engineer: Network Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and
managing the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum uptime for users.
The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of
a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.

ERPNext Developers: ERPNext is a generic ERP software used by manufacturers, distributors and
services companies. It includes modules like accounting, CRM, sales, purchasing, website, e-
commerce, point of sale, manufacturing, warehouse, project management, inventory, and services.
Also, it has domain specific modules like schools, healthcare, agriculture, and non-profit.

Product Designer: This person will design media products such as labels, advertising and signage.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.

Windows Server Specialist: Someone responsible for installing, managing, and


upgrading Windows-based systems and servers within a company. They are also responsible for
managing data security, configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system. (10am-
7pm).
SEO Manager: A person with knowledge about business, marketing, communications or information
technology. Experience in online marketing. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and various programming
languages. The client wants someone to help them position their products as the first option when
looked for in Google. (Part time)

IT Help Desk Support: Someone who provides technical assistance and support related to computer
systems, hardware, and software to end users. They are responsible for answering queries and
addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. Some active directory, Office
365, email troubleshooting, strong client interaction via email and phone are some of the
requirements. (Full time: 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm) (10.30am – 7.30pm)

IT Ticket Dispatcher: This person would monitor the clients’ Connectwise IT trouble ticket queue,
assign tickets, remind our technicians of outstanding tasks, and ensure no trouble tickets fall between
the cracks. Also, they must manage tickets, workflow, follow up with customers. It's a light technical
role with strong customer service and scheduling (Full time: 11am – 8pm)

Level 2-3 IT Engineer: Someone with good communication skills and great with English. They will
need to talk to clients every day. Also they are required to have MSP experience (or comparable).
This person would be the in-house expert when it comes to IT. They have to do complex projects,
help Level 2 people configure domains, forests, GPOs, ADFS servers, among other things, which
include projects in wide scale, VMware, Microsoft servers, switching, firewalls, VPNs. (Full time:
9.00am – 6.00pm/10.00am – 7.00pm) (Part time EST/AST – French required)

los pedidos. Los comercios (vendedores) tendrán una PWA para gestionar su tienda y listar los
productos que quieren vender. También podrán gestionar los pedidos de los clientes desde la
WebApp. El administrador tiene acceso a administrar cualquier aspecto de la aplicación, modificar
tiendas, modificar productos, ver estadísticas, y ver los repartos que se están realizando en tiempo
real. Conocimientos requeridos: React native, Nodejs (Express js), Mysql, AWS, Manejo de Api’s.
(Full time: 8 hours, flexible) (This position is for a Spanish speaking Freelancer)

Client Concierge: Someone with ability to document well, write SOPs, work with direction, but also
be a problem solver. Experience with SyncroMSP and Zomentum. Able to generate hardware,
software and service quotes efficiently. L1 Helpdesk knowledge. Someone to enter products and
services into SyncroMSP, and make sure they properly sync with Quickbooks; to build a quote/invoice
in Syncro for approval from clients; to work with proposals in Zomentum; to enter products into Cloud
Radial, and ultimately take equipment order requests and build quotes. Some web experience,
particularly build Google business profiles and monitoring incoming leads. (Part time 9am-1pm /
10am-2pm).
