Writing

Hello,
My name is Olivio and I am a university student at National school of information technology of
Fianarantsoa . I am excited to meet you and work with you on our IT projects.
As far as my IT skills are concerned, I must say that I am fairly comfortable with using computers
and basic software. I need to work a little more on my programming skills, but I am willing to
work hard to improve them.
I can work on IT projects both in a group or individually. If you need any help from me, feel free
to contact me. I would be happy to help you if I can.
On the other hand, I can't work with distractions around me. I need a quiet and calibrated
environment to focus on my tasks.
I don't have to have much help with using basic software, but I have to follow a tutorial to learn
how to use advanced software.
Finally, I must say that I am very motivated and enthusiastic about working on exciting IT projects
with you.
Best regards,
Olivio RABEVELONIAINA

Website development
1/ First, I begin my day by checking my email for any updates or important information from my
professors or classmates. After that, I review my class schedule and make a plan for the day
ahead. I then spend some time reading through my textbooks or online resources to prepare for
my upcoming classes.
After I finish my preparations, I work on any assignments or projects that are due soon, such as
coding assignments or database design projects. I also spend some time practicing my
programming skills, experimenting with different coding languages and applications.
As the day comes to an end, I review my notes and prepare a to-do list for the next day before
closing my laptop and getting some well-deserved rest. My days as a first-year student in
Information Technology are focused on learning new skills, building my knowledge base, and
preparing for a career in this exciting and rapidly evolving field.

The best websites

ChatGPT is my absolute favorite website for several reasons. Firstly, it has a beautiful and well-
designed interface that is both visually appealing and easy-to-use. The layout of the website is
clean and organized, making it simple to navigate and find the information I need.
Secondly, ChatGPT is incredibly useful because it provides reliable and accurate information on a
wide range of topics. As a language model trained by OpenAI, ChatGPT has a vast knowledge
base and can answer almost any question I have with interesting and informative responses.
Moreover, the information provided by ChatGPT is clear and easy to understand, making it a
great resource for anyone looking to expand their knowledge or learn something new. Whether
I'm researching a complex topic or just looking for a quick answer to a simple question, ChatGPT
always provides reliable and interesting insights.
Overall, ChatGPT is a fantastic website that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable
and informative source of information. Its beautiful design, easy-to-use interface, and fascinating
insights make it an indispensable tool for learning and discovery.

Writing

Another aspect of ChatGPT that I highly appreciate is its vast knowledge base. The website is able
to answer a wide range of questions on many different topics, which can be incredibly useful for
me when I'm looking to expand my knowledge or find answers to specific questions.
However, I sometimes dislike the fact that ChatGPT is a language model and not a human expert.
While ChatGPT can provide highly accurate and informative responses, I sometimes prefer the
input of a human expert with more personal experience on a particular topic.
Finally, I sometimes dislike the fact that ChatGPT can provide irrelevant or inaccurate responses.
While this is relatively rare, it can still happen, which can be frustrating for me when I'm relying
on ChatGPT to provide accurate information.
Overall, I appreciate ChatGPT's ease of use and vast knowledge base, but sometimes prefer the
input of human experts or may be frustrated by the occasional inaccurate response.

groups. We call that sorting. Understood? C: Sorting, right.
I: Then we arrange and systemise the data.
That's coding. Got that?
C: Yes, I think so. The third step is coding.
I: After that, we enter the data into a system.
That's entry. C: OK.
I: Then, we clean the data and double-check for faults and inconsistencies. That's the validation
part of the process.
C: Fine. Validation.
I: Finally we format and arrange the data so
that it can be analysed. That's tabulation. All
right?

Data storage
Online storage is an emerging storage
of data storage and back-up. A remote server with a network connection and special software
backs up files, folders, or the entire volumes of a hard drive. There are many companies that
provide a basedbackup. One cloud technology in this area is content t computing. This allows
colleagues in an organisation to share resources, software and information over the Internet.
Continuous backup and storage on a remote hard drive eliminates the risk of data loss as a result
of fire, flood or theft Remote data storage and back-up providers encrypt the data and set up
password protection to ensure maximum security.
Small businesses and individuals choose to save data in a more traditional way. External drives,
disks and flash tapes are very popular data storage solutions. USB or offsite memories, DVDs and
hard disks are cheap and widely accessible solutions. These methods are very practical with small
volume of data storage and backup. However, they are not very reliable and do not protect the
user in case of a disaster.
