Pick up from Phuket Airport and proceed towards the hotel in Krabi.

● Any increase in Rate of Exchange leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect
prior to departure. However, the rate on the given day of final payment will apply.

Cancellation Policy
● If any cancellations 25% is a nonrefundable charge of your total trip cost since day one
you made the initial booking amount.
● If cancellations are made 18 days before the start date of the trip, 60% of the trip cost will
be charged as cancellation fees.
● If cancellations are made less than 9 days before the start date of the trip, 80% of the trip
cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
● If cancellations are made less than 4 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the
trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Terms and Conditions

● We reserve the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at our own
discretion and without any prior notice.
● Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar
category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.
● Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted
amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.
● All sightseeing and itineraries are subject to weather conditions. No claim can be made
against weather-related cancellations.
● There can be exceptional circumstances where we and/or the Service Providers may be
unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like an act of God, labor
unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any
operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, etc. or any other reason
beyond the control. If we have advanced knowledge of any such situations where dishonor
of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide a similar alternative to the
User or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported
and refunded by that respective service operators.
