My name is John Rhojay Nemeño, was born and raised cordova cebu city

And I am a very hardworking, Self-motivated and disciplined person, a quick learner and an honest
person. I am always to upskill myself by learning new things whenever I get the chance.

What is your strength and weakness

And my strength is I’m a quick learner, flexible, and able to work with a team.

My weakness is I trust people very easily. Because of this sometimes they make me hurt.

And my hobbies are in my free time I enjoy & spending my time playing basketball and guitar

“I can contribute to the company in several ways. Firstly, I am a very fast learner and worker. I will come
into the role, fit into the team quickly and work at a very fast pace to ensure you see a positive work. and
creative approach to my work.

What makes you motivate?

My family motivate me to do hard work, to overcome all the obstacles in life. My family is my inspiration
to achieves all my goals and dreams in life they are always their to support, help and advice me when i
am feeling weak. My family makes me happy and I promise to them that I will strive so much so that I
can be a successful person someday.

My family because they are the ones who's doing anything for me to be able to go to school and they are
the only ones who taught me on how to face the obstacles that is coming to my life.

How do you handle conflicts in the workplace?

The things must be done to handle any forms of conflict sir is by carefully listening first what does each
party wants to say because listening is an essential way to avoid adding more problems in the conflict,
the next thing is we must carefully talk to one another and carefully discuss the main problem by finding
the main roots so that you'll be able to solve the conflict,

Why did you choose Export and import officer?

I choose export and import sir is I believe that I have the right qualifications for your company for the
position said. As I have gained knowledge skills like organizational thinking skills, communication skills
and many more that is necessary to be fully fit and ready to be in a job. And I know that I will do my
every best in everything of what people tells me to do. And I know from myself that I can help the
company with their growth and success and will result of being more enhanced self from time to time
