SK OFFICIALS TO THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MANDATORY
TRAINING (SKMT)

DATE : NOVEMBER 7, 2023

Pursuant to Section 31 of the Revised Rules Implementing RA10742 as amended by RA 11768 mandates
that any SK Official, whether elected or appointed or any member of the LYDC must undergo mandatory
training programs before she/he can assume office. This aligns with the continuous capacity building to
fully understand duties and responsibilities as a public official.

With this, all newly elected SK officials (SK Chairperson & SK Kagawad) are hereby directed to attend
the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training (SKMT) as scheduled below:
