PROPOSE TRAFFIC FLOW OF VEHICLE ENTRY/ENGRESS

Objective : To establish a systematic traffic flow of vehicle such as delivery trucking, hauler
finished goods trucking (ref van), waste collector, vehicle parking inside Plant premises.
: To control possible movement of trucking personnel within Plant Area
Scope : From arrival to departure of vehicle
Responsibility : Delivery Truck representatives (trucking, driver, helper)
: Security Guard
: Warehouse Personnel
: QC Personnel
: SMFI, IFSI, RMI and Pag-Asa Manpower Services
Procedure Activity:
1. Finished Good Trucking Routing
1.1 Upon entry security will inspect the truck and record the following:
 Time in/date arrival
 Name of Driver and Helper
 Name of Distributor/Trucker
 Purpose (Ex: Loading FG)
1.2 Afterwards, the guard must advice the driver to proceed at Pre-Cooling Area for
them to pre-cool their truck. Once the required temperature is reached as declare by QA,
only then that the truck can proceed to loading bay for loading of FG.
1.3. For receiving of finished goods or transfer from other Plant, the guard must advise
the driver to proceed loading bay area for unloading.

1.4. To assigned security guard during dispatch to validate and witness loading activity.

2. Hauler/ Live Bird Routing

2.1 Upon entry security will visually check hauler truck condition including the proper
attire of driver and helper. Also security must record the following;
 Time/ date arrived
 Truck plate #/trucker name/name of driver/helper
 Receiving slip
 Truck seal
2.2. After which, hauler truck will proceed to weighing scale. Weighing the truck with live
birds will be done before proceed at receiving and staging area.
2.3. The entrance and exit of hauler truck is at the back of Plant Building same with the
waste and garbage collector. This to avoid close contact with the finished goods and
possible cross contamination of products.

3. Designated parking area for MPPP-Quezon employees including visitors

3.1. As identified parking area intended for motorcycle is located at helipad. While four
wheels will be in front of GMP employee’s entrance.
