Thanks for booking a slot via Respondent. This document is designed to prepare you for the call, and give you a
bit more of an idea who we are and why we want you to record your digital banking products.

Our research platform, 11:FS Pulse, helps our clients keep on top of market trends in the digital banking space,
with rich, insightful competitor analysis. By sharing your insights about a product, and a screen recording of you
using these products, we are able to provide access to thousands of user journeys from fintech and financial
services companies across the globe. These recordings and the analysis which go alongside is being used by
your bank to build products that you’re going to love. So how will it work?

Things to do before the call

1. Make sure you read this document thoroughly.


2. Follow this link​ to see an example of how we will use your screen recordings.
3. Ensure that you have access to the accounts that you listed on the Respondent page, p ​ lease also
ensure that these accounts have transaction history/credit available so that we can see the
account in action ​– this is very important.
4. If you use a ​MacBook​ please make sure you know how to use QuickTime’s screen and movie recording
functions.
5. For i​ Phone​, you will need to plug it into the MacBook and use QuickTime’s movie recording to record.
6. If you use windows laptops, please download the screen recorder L ​ oom​, which is a Chrome extension.
7. If you use an Android device, please download this ​app​ – AZ Screen Recorder.

How to make the call

The call will take place on via ​Google Meet​, and you will need to find and follow this hyperlink from the
messaging area of Respondent.
