minutes before departure time, except Chongqing (CKG) and Chengdu (CTU) check-in closes 2 hours before departure time).
* Please be at the gate 30 minutes before departure time.
* Economy Class Passengers are allowed to bring up to 7kg of hand luggage onboard Lion Air Flights. Please refer to our terms and condition for more information.

1. Wheelchair is additional service that provide by airline for departure and arrival time with company asset.

* Untuk penerbangan domestik Lion Air/Batik Air/Wings Air check-in ditutup 30 menit sebelum jam keberangkatan dan untuk penerbangan internasional check-in ditutup 45
menit sebelum jam keberangkatan.
* Untuk penerbangan domestik dan internasional Thai Lion Air check-in ditutup 45 menit sebelum jam keberangkatan. (Untuk penerbangan Thai Lion Air dari China, check-in
ditutup 1 jam 30 menit sebelum jam keberangkatan. Kecuali Chongqing (CKG) dan Chengdu (CTU), check-in ditutup 2 jam sebelum jam keberangkatan)
* Mohon tiba di gerbang keberangkatan 30 menit sebelum keberangkatan.
* Penumpang kelas Ekonomi diperbolehkan membawa barang bawaan maksimum seberat 7Kg ke dalam kabin. Silahkan membaca persyaratan dan ketentuan yang berlaku

* Jasa kursi roda Lion Air Group:

c. Biaya layanan kursi roda yang dibayarkan di luar Indonesia mengikuti nominal harga yang tertera pada sistem
* Penumpang/Pemegang tiket ini tunduk kepada Syarat & Ketentuan Penerbangan yang ditetapkan oleh Maskapai Penerbangan/Pengangkut.
* Penumpang Batik Air dapat menggunakan earphone pribadi untuk menikmati hiburan selama penerbangan.
* Lion Air Group tidak akan memberikan kompensasi atau penggantian dalam bentuk apapun jika penumpang ketinggalan koneksi pesawat transit dari dua tiket airline yang
berbeda/yang diluar Lion Air Group.
* Dilarang memasukkan barang-barang berharga (kamera, laptop, ponsel, perhiasan, dokumen berharga dan uang) ke dalam bagasi yang diserahkan. Bila terjadi kehilangan
