    Mr. / Mrs.

    We are glad to inform you that, the file of your Loan application is verified and on your income base we

    have approved your Loan amount of Rs.

    For the same you will have to submit your documentation. In accordance with “The Ministry of Finance

    Affairs” you should submit the document of your non movable property registered mortgage paper of the amount

    equally, which is 20% more than the approved loan amount as per the rules and regulations of SAMARTH

    FINANCE. After submission of said documents file will be proceed for approximate 07 days. To proceed your

    loan file further please submit documents as soon as possible.

    NOTE: THIS LETTER IS VALID ONLY UPTO 07 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
