This chapter explain ways on how the entrepreneur create awareness on goods to individuals,
retailers, households and any other individuals who were willing and able to buy business
products. The chapter also tries to advise the entrepreneur and give him tactics to consider market
share, competition, methods of production and advertising, sales and pricing strategy.

CHAPTER THREE.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT.

The chapter will major on management and organization of the business as the main factor in the
coordination of the business. The chapter also explain the management team, Duties and
responsibilities of individual managers and their qualifications to the business. The main aim of
the business is to maximize on profit and reduce the cost of production and hire good personnel.

CHAPTER FOUR.

PRODUCTION AND OPERATION PLAN.

This chapter explain how the owner of Goshen plumbing shop and services will handle, production
facilities and capabilities, strategy, production process and regulations which will affect the
operations.
