To enable the learners to have a quality and equitable basic education, teachers should use ICT equipment
particularly lapel with speaker to cater a huge number of students without sacrificing their vocal chords by speaking
and facilitating students in giving them equal opportunity to learn. Lapel microphone with speaker can be of help to
aid the needs of both students and teacher. Printer also needed to give handouts to learners.
