NOTIFICATION
PREPARATION OF ARCHITECTURE RANK LIST-2021
MARKS DATA SUBMITTED BY CANDIDATES PUBLISHED FOR VERIFICATION

The candidates who have applied for Architecture course were directed to submit the marks
obtained in the qualifying Examination and NATA Score through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in
from 15.09.2021 to 22.09.2021 for the preparation of Architecture Rank list 2021.
The marks data and NATA score submitted by the candidates have been scrutinized and the
data after scrutiny is available in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in for verification by the candidates.
The mark data will be available for verification in the website up to 5.00 pm on 27th September
2021. Candidates have to enter their homepage by giving their ‘Application Number’ and ‘Password’
through the link ‘KEAM 2021 Candidate Portal’. Then by clicking the Menu Item ‘Marks Verification for
Architecture Rank’', they can view the marks data submitted by them for the preparation of

Architecture Rank List-2021. The candidates may verify their marks obtained and maximum marks in
the Qualifying Examination for all the subjects, for ensuring its correctness.

 If the details are correct, click the ‘No Change’ button against each item and finally click the
‘Verified and Found Correct’ button.
 If any of the details shown in the web page is/are incorrect, click the ‘Change Required’ button
against the item(s) to be corrected and then click the ‘Verified and Found Mismatch’ button. Such
candidates shall have to upload the necessary mark lists/NATA score card as proof for correction in
the submitted marks.
 In the case of candidates who have not uploaded all the required Mark lists or who had uploaded
defective Mark list will not be able to view and verify their submitted marks. Such candidates shall
have to upload all the required mark lists to substantiate the marks submitted by them or have to
upload the mark list properly without any defects. Otherwise the Architecture rank of such candidates
will be prepared on the basis of the available mark data. But their rank will be withheld.
 Candidates who have submitted First phase NATA score but want to be considered second phase NATA
Score can upload the score of second phase and vice versa by clicking the ‘Change Required’ button
against ‘NATA Score’, such candidates shall have to upload the NATA score card as proof for the
submitted score.
Candidates who want correction of any one or more of the details related to mark submission
should do it online as described above within the stipulated time. Written requests received directly or
via post or other forms of requests received via e-mail/fax for correction in any of the details related to
mark submission will not be entertained under any circumstances. The marks data as on 27.09.2021,
5.00 pm will be used for the preparation of Architecture Rank List-2021. The marks data of the
candidates who do not follow the steps to correct the defects in their submitted marks or who do not
verify the marks online will be used as such for the preparation of Architecture Rank List-2021.
CBSE held examinations for those CBSE students who are not satisfied with the result announced on
July 30, 2021. As per the policy the marks scored in this physical exam will be considered as final. As per
the order of Hon’ble Court of Kerala, CBSE students shall be permitted to update their Plus Two marks of
the improvement examinations. The students who have appeared the exam for improvement of marks
shall have to update their marks when demanded by the CEE later.
For this purpose, all CBSE students must declare whether they have appeared/not appeared in the
improvement examination held by the CBSE from August to September 2021.
Important:
The Mark Data submitted by the candidates will be subjected to verification by the College Authorities
at the time of Admission to the Course. If any discrepancy is found in the Mark Data submitted by the
candidate, he/she will not be eligible for admission to the course.
