TAKING THIS CONTRACT. (FAILURE TO DO SO ALL PENALTIES ENFORCE BY
meCUSTOMS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE CLIENT).

Vision International Holdings (VIHDS) announces to all its customers of the new change at the
port, that any container that has not yet been cleared through customs after 15 days, will receive
additional costs of (238,500 FCFA) initiated by the Container Terminal Authority (RTC).

All document related to the concerned container should be issued to the company at most five (5) days
before the arrival of the container.

Quotations Not Binding. Quotations as to fees, rates of duty, freight charges, insurance premiums or
other charges given by the Company to the Customer are for informational purposes only and are
subject to changes; no quotation shall be binding upon the Company unless the Company in writing
agrees to undertake the handling of extra expenses not included in the quotation.

Advancing Money. All charges must be paid by Customer in advance unless the Company agrees in
writing to extend credit to customer; the granting of credit to a Customer in connection with custom
clearance shall not be considered a waiver of this provision by the Company.
SURRESTARIES/DEMURRAGE AND STATTIONMENT. Over stay charges to be paid after 10(ten) day from
the arrival of the container.

DETENTION. Delay of container to return to base after of loading accompanied by damages or unkept
container. All charges related to this will be taken care of by the customer.

There will be extra charges incurred if the container is transferred pending auction sales (port sec).
DOUBLE RELEVAGE.These are extra bills when the container has to be reposition in case the client
was not present for custom inspection. This will be taken care of by the client.
