On the one hand, Some people think that this brings a lot of benefits. Firstly, I must
say that more and more people earn a lot of momey/make money from the different
job and the other job. This is because they can find a job with the higher salary.
Moreover, people want to know that the enviroment is suitable for them to work.
 Based on the report in 2022 USA, there are about 85% people who change job,.they.,
are keen on enviroment at new company. Moreover, they can learn the new skills to
improve themselves. They will have a lot of experients.

On the other hand, Other people think that it also has some disadvantages
(drawback).
Firstly, they don’t have money for several months because they don’t have/ cann’t
find the new job. That makes people have to face with problems about..health and
feeling/emtion…..For example,..If they don’t have job, they always worry about
money, which affects to their health and emtion/// they skip meal and lose weight.
Moreover, that brings a lot of drawbacks for their family because they don’t have
enough money to pay for life.

To sum up, everyone has their own opinion. Some people have a positive view of
this problem/ solution/option while other people have a negative view of it. That
depends on one’s point of view. In my opinion , ……I think people should change
their job because they can find a better good.
