Science Performance Task# 2

 You will create a PHOTO COLLAGE entitled “My Science First Quarter Journey”
Things that you will need:
a. Camera Phone
b. Photo Collage App (Collage Maker, PicsArt Photo Editor, Photo Grid etc.,)
 Your output should have your NAME, GRADE & SECTION on the UPPER RIGHT corner of your
collage.
 Photos needed in the collage are the following: 5 PICTURES ONLY!
1. Photo of you, studying your Science 10 Module
2. Photo of your weekly journal (See format below and watch the video included on this post)
3. Photo of your Earthquake Emergency Kit for the whole family (Decide what items can be
found at home should be included in your emergency kit, just in case there is a massive
earthquake)
4. Photo of your comic strip output (Performance Task #1)
5. Photo of you with SLOGAN about Earthquake Precautionary Measures

 Captions/wordings on this output should be written in English with proper spelling and
grammar. (Practice, what you’ve learn from you English Lessons! Do you your BEST!)
 Follow the rubric to get a high score. (See photo attached for Rubric Scoring)
These are the following factors that you need to consider on doing your photo collage:
-Attention to Theme (Science Content), Design, Creativity, Originality and Visual Impact
 You still need to send a CLEAR photo of your Learning Journal together with your Photo Collage

Makihiram ng cellphone sa kamag-anak/kaibigan para matapos ang task.
Malapit na kayong mabigyan ng Tablet, konting tyaga na lang.
Ang estudyanteng masipag, pag gusto may paraan.
