I am responsible, as Chief Executive Officer, for executing District policies and implementing identified goals through the day-to-day management of the District for organizing, reorganizing, and arranging the administrative and supervisory staff, including instruction, administrative and student services in a manner which best serves the District; and for all personnel matters including selection, assignment, transfer, performance evaluation, and discipline of employees, subject to Board approval. 2004-2009 I retired from full-time service as Vice President, Student Services on June 30, 2004.
