 Water Efficiency
1) Special device

To reduce overall water usage. This can be achieved by :

 stopping and preventing leaks in piping
 installing or converting to water conserving fixtures
 insulating hot water pipes
 recycling grey water
Use water tanks and Filter in the basement
 the ULV toilet not only uses less water, it produces less wastewater .
 A High Efficiency Toilet (HET) uses 25% less water than a standard
toilet.
 2) Recycling water:

You can save 90.000 liters of water every year per

family with a grey water recycling system. Grey
water are those coming from showers, bath and
washbowl. The recycled water is not drinking water,
but you can use this water for different uses:
washing machine, WC cistern, garden irrigation, and
so on. Waters are cleaned with a reliable quality,
meeting the international standards.

1. Filtering is made as water comes into the tank. Bigger particles

are picked up mechanically and expelled directly into the outflow.
2. In the recycling tanks, a biologic treatment decomposes dirt
particles. Treated water is pumped each three hours into the next
phase.

reflectors redirect low-angle sunlight and
reject overpowering summer midday

throughout the day. The system measures
the light intensity in the room and either
