Bitterroot Health Honored with Two Awards

HAMILTON, Montana – Bitterroot Health is thrilled to announce earning a place on

Newsweek’s “Best-In-State Hospitals 2023” list, and the 2023 Performance Leadership Award
for excellence in the category of “Outcomes” by the Chartis Center for Rural Health.

Chartis honors top performance among rural hospitals in Quality, Outcomes and/or Patient
Perspective, and are the industry’s most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural
hospital performance. Their data is relied upon by rural hospitals and health systems
around the country, to measure and monitor performance across several areas impacting
hospital operations and finance.
