I/We authorize the AGENTS/BROKER whose name/s appears below to negotiate the
sale of our real estate properties under the following terms and conditions:
EXPENSES: The capital gains tax, documentary stamps, transfer tax, notarial, and
other expenses incurred from the transaction shall be for the amount of the Buyer. In addition,
all other requirements for the development of the said premises such as land conversion and
others shall be for the account of the Buyer.
That it is understood that the property taxes for the year shall be updated by the owner.
That the Seller is offering the property at an amount not lower than

benefit of the seller.
In the event that the Agents/Broker, through his best effort shall be successful in
negotiating for a selling price of higher than

entitled to the excess or overprice that may be negotiated by him. The Seller acknowledges
the right of the Agents/Broker to the over price as his compensation for facilitating the sale of
the above mentioned property.
The excess or overprice as the Agents/Broker commission stated above shall be released
upon payment of the total selling price, and I assure delivery of good and merchantable TCT;
that all information given in this authority are all true and correct to my knowledge and belief
and by affixing my signature/s below bind myself to his authority.
