SPOT ADMISSION-2023
For B.Tech. (2023-24 admission batch)
SPOT admission counseling against the non-reported vacant seats for B.Tech. program
(2023-24 admission batch) in various branches is scheduled on 24th August 2023. The eligible
candidates may visit the campus physically to participate in the counseling process.

2.00 P.M. on wards 2nd phase spot admission counselling (If required)

Once allotted a seat, the admission formalities will be completed on the same day.
The candidates participating in spot admission should come prepared, with all

Fee Payment
A part fee of Rs 50,000/- is to be paid in the form of a DD infavor of “Silicon Institute
of Technology” payable at Bhubaneswar. (The balance fees payment should be
paid on or before 24th September 2023)
The part fee payment can also be received through online mode (Debit card/Net
banking/Credit card/UPI)
Who can participate in the spot admission counselling?
 Candidates must have a valid rank in JEE Main-2023 or Special OJEE-2023.
 A student who passes 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as
compulsory subjects along with Computer Science/ IT/ Chemistry /
Biochemistry/ Biology as one of the optional subjects from a recognised Indian
Board can apply for admissions.
Applying students must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in
Physics and Mathematics along with their chosen optional subject. Students
from Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste communities should have secured
an aggregate minimum of 40% marks.
 A candidate allotted a seat under OJEE-2023 counseling, but not reported to
the allotted college can also participate in the spot admission counselling.
