    Subject: Application for the leave letter

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Riya Bhatt MBA 2022-2024 Sigma Batch. Due to some continues health issues I couldn’t
    attend the ongoing sessions. All started with a cough and cold later weakness also. At present I
    am at Jamnagar as per the advice given by doctor. Due to continuous weakness, I can’t travel and
    can’t attend the sessions too.
    As CEC marks are important, I will be attending activity session which is scheduled on Tuesday
    from 1pm to 4 pm. Therefore, it’s my humble request to grant me permission to stay at home
    from 7th oct to 14th oct. After 14th I have a checkup. Hope to have a relief soon. I am enclosing the
    leave certificate. I ensure that I will attend classes regularly going forward.
