THAT during the special meeting by the Board of Directors/Trustees of

the Corporation held last September 15, 2023 at 1:00 pm, where a
quorum was present and acted all throughout, the Board of
Directors/Trustees, by unanimous vote, resolved and approved to
designate Anna Cecilia T. Doneza, Accountant/Bookkeeper to
represent the corporation and act for it in the submission of
requirements with the Bureau of Internal Revenue to sign, pay,
transact, execute, received any documents necessary for application of
updating of information, Books of Accounts, Authority to Print Receipt
and Ask for Receipt Notice to the Public.

The foregoing Resolution is valid and existing, until withdrawn revoked or

modified by the Corporation.
