Feb 20
Unitop Roxas Palawan – Smoke Evacuation Proposal
1. Submission from four different suppliers
a. Niagara

Unitop Legazpi
1. Discussion with Engr Jericho on the following
a. Compliance of MCC design main ECB shall be at 88% usage factor
b. Discussion on sequence of operation. Sizing of individual ECB shall be based on
actual load performance of chillers and pumps

Feb 21
UDMC Project
1. Completion of TCR works
2. T&C shall be conducted by Unitech After Sales Team.
3. As recommended by Engr Beng, all computer log and simulation report shall be
submitted to UDMC Team for documentation that all units installed are completely
operating and complying to standards
4. Issue on the moisture on piping and resolutions as follows:
a. Re-insulation of all piping based on 48k/cum density,50 mm thick insulating
material
b. Stress test of all unit
c. Previous moisture was based on the inquiry of UDMC team to operate the system
even though the whole system is not yet completely connected as per design
intent.
d. UDMC team was educated regarding the moisture infiltration were due to
combine wind pressure and stack effect pressure coming from the elevator
operation.
i. The recommended measure as discussed; to provide design and system
that will pressurize the whole area and adjacent spaces with pre-cooled air
to minimize moisture and condensation on surfaces
ii. Installation of air curtain on entrances will minimize air infiltration but
will not be eliminated as mentioned to the UDMC team

Feb 22
1. Follow through on the submitted request from Gree for Glycol Chiller
2. Follow thorugh on the Masagan Supermart
