CLO2 trades and consulting professionals

THE TASK
Form a group of 5, each student needs to select one (1)
project consisting of consulting professionals (Architect/
Quantity Surveyor/ M&E engineer/ C&S engineer/etc.) and
building trades (plumber, bricklayer, tiler, carpenter, etc.)
ROLES OF BUILDING who are involved in the construction. With the aid of
TRADES & CONSULTING relevant image(s), write the company profiles and discuss
the roles of the selected consulting professionals and
PROFESSIONALS building trades.

2. Company background, mission, strengths, expertise,
specialties, etc
3. Provide a few major projects they’ve worked on Marking Rubrics
4. Describe their roles on the selected project

Submissions Requirements: 3. Creativite in Composition
1. Write on an A4 size paper (portrait layout, 11pt Arial
font, and 1.0 spacing)
2. Separate page for every consulting professional and
building trades
Total 10%
3. There should be no more than 15 pages (14 + 1 cover CLO2
page to include group members’ name)
