Dear Dela Cruz, Juan,

I trust this letter finds you well. Following our recent discussions regarding the Coffee Shop, I am writing to formalize our
agreement and outline the terms and conditions for the architectural services to be provided.

1. Services to be Provided:

The architectural services for the Coffee Shop will encompass design, planning, etc, as we discussed during our meetings.

2. Price to be Paid:

The agreed compensation for the aforementioned services is 450,000php. This amount covers all outlined services, and any
additional expenses will be communicated and mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Time of Performance:

The project is scheduled to commence on Dec. 12, 2023, with an anticipated completion date of Feb. 20, 2024. Any adjustments
to the timeline will be discussed and documented by both parties.

4. Client's Acceptance:

I kindly request your review of the terms mentioned above. If you are in agreement, please sign and return a copy of this letter
as confirmation of your acceptance.

5. Counteroffers and Amendments:

Any proposed changes to the terms outlined in this letter will be considered counteroffers. We will engage in a discussion to
reach a mutual agreement, with the final terms restated in the concluding exchange.

6. Transition to Formal Contract:

In the event that this letter agreement is to be replaced by a formal written contract, the contract's "integration clause" will
specify that it supersedes this letter agreement. This ensures consistency and clarity in our contractual relationship.
