CHN Requirements for PRELIMS:
Practice for Vital Signs taking for 3 clients based on assigned situation.

In our first few weeks as a second-year nursing student,I practiced taking vital signs of
three first-year medical technology students. I started taking their vital signs, which
include their body temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure, in their
classroom. All three of the students have normal vital signs, according to the readings I
took. I then assured that I handled this activity effectively and efficiently.
