AFFIDAVIT

I, PSSg JEFFREY A GABRIEL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married,

a member of the Philippine National Police and presently assigned at
Rodriguez Municipal Police Station, Rodriguez, Rizal, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1.That, the undersigned affiant received a Memorandum of

Explanation dated November 16, 2023, with subject “Explanation re
IMEG SMS Report on the Arrest of 3 PNP Personnel of Rodriguez
MPS Implicated in Robbery Extortion, Illegal Detention and Trespass
to Dwelling. Wherein the undersigned was directed to explain why
such incident occurred.

2.Through this affidavit I hereby narrates the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts based on the evidence gathered.

3. That, the undersigned is designated as E-warrant PNCO of

this office doing compliances on the monitoring of electronic warrants.

4.On November 15, 2023 the undersigned has no knowledge

with regard to their operations in the implementation of the warrant of
arrest against Kristina Monica G Gabriel for Viol. of BP 22 (Bouncing
Check Law) under CC no. 98353, 98354, 98355, 98356.

5. In addition,

6. That, the undersigned affiant being a member of the

Warrant Section together with the Warrant PNCO successfully served
several Warrant of Arrest as Order by the Honorable Court and in
relation to the implementation of SIMULTANEOUS ANTI
CRIMINALITY LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION (SACLEO) as
mandated by the Philippine National Police. Due to the successful
police operation conducted by the undersigned and the Warrant
Section PNCO, the same yielded to the arrest of four (4) accused.
Attached herein is the photocopies of four (4) Spot Reports duly
marked as Annex "1" to "4".

7. That, due to the said police operation, the undersigned

has to prepare all the required documentary requirements which
resulted for the undersigned to be exhausted and to stay up late. Due
to this, the undersigned failed to attend the subject formation.

 8. That, the failure of the undersigned to attend the
formation was not deliberate on his part, but solely due to the herein
mentioned circumstances. The herein affidavit is hereby submitted by
the undersigned affiant in compliance to the above-mentioned
Memorandum.
