NOTICE
RELEASE OF RESULTS OF THE 2023 BAR EXAMINATIONS

The undersigned shall release the Results and List of Successful

Examinees for the 2023 Bar Examinations (Results) via public announcement
in the afternoon of December 5, 2023, Tuesday, at the courtyard of the
Supreme Court Main Building, Padre Faura Street, Manila (SC Courtyard).

Simultaneous with the release of the Results, and for the convenience of
all concerned, the Supreme Court will install LED walls in the SC Courtyard,
which shall display the List of Successful Examinees until 6:00 p.m. The gates
of the Supreme Court Main Building shall be open to the public from 12:00
noon to 6:00 p.m. to accommodate those who wish to witness and document
the Results.

As it has always been, a dress code is strictly enforced within the

premises of the Supreme Court. All persons who will enter the SC Courtyard
for the Results must come in proper and decent attire, and shall be subject
to security inspection during ingress. Footwear with exposed toes and heels;
bottoms that are ripped or cut above the knee; and garments that are
sleeveless, cropped, or see-through, are prohibited. Any violation of the dress
code shall be sufficient reason to bar the violator’s entry into the SC Courtyard.

Please be informed that one’s presence in the SC Courtyard during the

release of the Results or use of the official hashtags on social media shall be
deemed as one’s consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise
recorded for use by the Supreme Court in its publicity materials, including
the live stream of the Results.

Release of Results through Official Communication Channels

The Results shall likewise be released on the Supreme Court website

and official social media pages on X, Threads, Facebook, and Instagram. The
livestream links and QR Codes of the Results via YouTube and Facebook
shall be made available through the Court’s official communication channels
on December 4, 2023, a day before the Results.

Given the highly sensitive nature of the information relating to the

Results, the Office of the 2023 Bar Chair enjoins all Bar examinees and
concerned stakeholders to exclusively rely on the official communication
channels for accurate, verified, and updated information regarding the
Results and remain vigilant against all kinds of misinformation and
disinformation.

Oath Taking and Roll Signing Ceremonies

The Oath Taking and Roll Signing Ceremonies (Ceremonies) for the
Successful Bar Examinees (SBEs) shall be held on December 22, 2023, Friday,
at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Seashell Lane, Pasay City. All SBEs
are requested to make appropriate logistical arrangements.

As prerequisite to attendance in the Ceremonies, SBEs must timely

comply with clearance procedures and pay the Admission and Certification
Fee of Php5,190.00.1 SBEs are requested to stay tuned for and strictly abide
by the Notice on the clearance procedures and mechanics for the
Ceremonies, which shall be released in due time.
