 ENGLISH ASSIGNMENT III PERIOD

The public accountant is a professional who exercises the discipline of

accounting in an economic field. Develops within companies or organizations, and

helps people in their finances. Apart from, prepare and review budget, revenue,

expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents all day long.

Is the responsible of to verify the accuracy of all money transactions every year.

In addition, to have information the financial statements, to verify the monetary

transactions of the company daily. Also, oversees the procedures at the branch

office every day. This valuable information forms the basis of a company´s report

and legal filing reports of the accounting records annually. At first sight, is

interesting the tasks involved in this career. But are much more diverse tan many

people think every day. To illustrate, an exemplary accountant describes the heath

of a company, organization or individual step by step.

A successful and commited accountant, not only oversees the input and

handling of financial data and reports the company´s automated financial systems

continuously. But also, interact with internal and external auditors in completing

audits satisfactorily. Then, is one of the main players in any business that he or

she works for daily whether it is a large corporation or a small business.

 Every day, accounting is more a team effort and training, with high level of

competence. That is, the work team will perform accounting functions with

discipline and responsibility always. Whereas, the business administrator plays an

important role in strategic planning, being able to apply and develop all the

knowledge about business planning, organization, direction and control. And with

the finance manager update the budgetary activities at the branch.

Mostly, the accountant in change of registering the various financial statements

of the company will function as guarantor of the data is recorded. That is why it is

always advisable to have the advice of a good accountant.

El contador público es un profesional que ejerce la disciplina de la

contabilidad de un ámbito económico, se desarrolla dentro de empresas u

organizaciones. Y ayuda a las personas en sus finanzas personales. A parte de,

preparar y revisar presupuestos, ingresos, gastos, registros de nómina, facturas, y

otros documentos contables durante todo el día. Es el responsable de verificar la

exactitud de todas las transacciones de dinero cada año.

Además, de tener información de los estados financieros, verificar las

transacciones monetarias de la empresa diariamente. También, supervisa los

procedimientos en la sucursal cada día. Esta valiosa información forma la base del

informe de la empresa y los informes de presentación legal de los registros

contables anualmente. A primera vista, son interesantes las tareas involucradas en

esta carrera. Pero son mucho más diversas de lo que mucha gente piensa cada

día. Para ilustrar, un contador ejemplar describe paso a paso la salud de una

compañía, organización o individuo.

Un contador exitoso y comprometido, no solo supervisa el ingreso y manejo

de datos e informes financieros para los sistemas financieros automatizados de la

empresa continuamente. Sino también, interactúa con los auditores internos y

externos al completar las auditorias satisfactoriamente. Entonces, es uno de los

principales actores en cualquier negocio para el que trabaje diariamente, ya sea

una gran corporación o una pequeña empresa/negocio.

Cada día, la contabilidad es más un esfuerzo de equipo y entrenamiento,

con alto nivel de competencia. Es decir, el equipo de trabajo desempeñará

funciones de contabilidad con disciplina y responsabilidad siempre. Mientras que,

el administrador de empresas juega un rol importante en la planeación estratégica,

siendo capaz de aplicar y desarrollar todos los conocimientos acerca de la

planeación, organización, dirección y control empresarial. Y con el gerente de

finanzas actualizar las actividades presupuestarias en la sucursal.

Generalmente, el contador encargado de registrar los diversos estados

económicos de la empresa funcionara como garante de la buena fe con la que

están consignados los datos. Es por ello que siempre es recomendable contar con

el asesoramiento de un buen contador.
