    REACH STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS SUPPLIED TO

    SIAE MICROELETTRONICA

    REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is a


    European Union regulation dated 18 December 2006 subsequent modifications and additions
    addresses the production and use of chemical substances, and their potential impacts on both
    human health and the environment.

    Suppliers are required to provide information about the presence of:

     SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) included in the “Candidate List”

     Articles ( Regulation 1907/2006, Title II, Chapter 1, Article 7)

    contained, if any, in the Products supplied to SIAE MICROELETTRONICA.

    The latest version of REACH Candidate List, available on the ECHA (European Chemical Agency)
    website http://echa.europa.eu/it/candidate-list-table.

    Any variation occurring concerning the presence of “Candidate List” in the products supplied
    shall be promptly communicated to SIAE MICROELETTRONICA via standard PCN procedure or
    adequate means.
