General Notes
Never touch site level MOs whenever having CAdd sites for both 5G and LTE nodes

1) Always get DR1 report pre audit and compare alarms to post audit.
2) Only consider/complete sites with integration Complete date filled in GSA tracker.
3) Make sure to update/add comments for sites on the tracker every 2-3 days.
4) UMTS is now deactivated for DSW, MOKA, MNP
5) For all 5G sites (all markets, all types and bands) new cells have to be unlocked post Audit for at
least two ROPs, D_ACC KPI should be passing with enough number of attempts. Report 0 or Dr1
also needs to be saved and attached during GSA&PI submissions. For MNP/DSW/MOKA, a
column has been added for sites that can’t have CBAND cells unlocked.
6) Fully Audit RET during GSA. For example, all RETs available on our related node should be
checked. If we're auditing a 5G node and LTE RETs are there as well, then these are our
responsibility. Same applies to LTE, if we're auditing LTE and 5G RETs are there, then we must
audit them as well.
7) All MOKA and MNP 5MHz N5 cells should be 10Mhz moving forward.
8) For MNP CBAND that is 80MHz we should be setting PMAX to 4.8dB
9) In PI report, any non-service affecting alarm (including LMP access via port 443 & Sanity Check
Error) should be colored with green and set to “OK”, otherwise should be set to “NOK”.
10) Follow new MME Distribution for CRAN/NSB sites.
11) Whenever we face an issue during GSA or PI, we are not sending emails anymore, we open a
ticket on this link https://dev.azure.com/NetworkInsight/NI%20TOOL/
12) MOKA/DSW/MNP We are retuning ssbFrequency according to FGA-154
13) New PCMD MO is introduced on both 22R3 LTE and 5G: CMPECDSA is already added to the tool,
we just need to confirm from our end if its created or not.

Any changes made to this WS is being highlighted

5G Checks

General checks:
 In the case where site is not NSB: MOs CRLH, CMP, MPLANENW, NRMTRACECU, NRMTRACEDU,
TCE should not be touched at all.
 BBMOD: fddNrCellConfigTradeoff should be set to “max cells” on ABIO hosting FDD cells and
“not used” for ABIO hosting TDD cells.
 NRBTS: actEcpriPhase2 and actEcpriPhase3
 PMTNLINT: ruEthernetInterfaceStatisticsInterval
 NRCELL:
 maxNumPdschAllocationPerSlot
 maxNumPuschAllocationPerSlot
 actSib1ForNsaCell should follow GS sheet
 actPowerSavingBWP must be set to TRUE against GS for SA Sites ONLY now for
MOKA/DSW/MNP TDD cells.
 msg1FrequencyStart must be set as per GS
 GSCN for MOKA/DSW/MNP TDD cells must follow FGA 154 according to the image
below

 NRPMRNL:
 miNrPowerSavingBwp must be disabled on NSA sites
 NRCELLGRP: the essentials are ALWAYS assuming that NRCELLGRP profiles 0,1,2 are for B5 and
profiles 3,4,5 are for B77. However, this should be double checked manually since this is not the
case in some sites. We must check parameter nrCellList in which we will have the lcrid of the
cells and from this we can know to which band this NRCELLGRP profile belongs.
 NRDU: make sure this parameter carrierAggregationSupportList is being correctly implemented.
 NRREL: removeNotAllowed should be set to true only for relations between same sectors with
different bands.
 NRIRFIM: NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-0 should be created towards FDD cells, whereas
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-1 for TDD. NRIRFIM should only be audited in case of NSA+SA/SA sites, we
can disregard it for NSA sites
 BWP_PROFILE:
Profiles should be created according to the following table and must be linked to
bwpDN parameter in NRCELL MO.
. Conditions for creation
BWP_PROFILE-145 DSS and 10MHz
BWP_PROFILE-146 DSS and 15MHz
BWP_PROFILE-147 DSS and 20MHz
BWP_PROFILE-2 DSS and 10MHz
BWP_PROFILE-2 15/20 MHz
BWP_PROFILE-4 non_DSS and 10MHz
BWP_PROFILE-31 non_DSS and 10MHz
BWP_PROFILE-22 non_DSS and 15MHz
BWP_PROFILE-23 non_DSS and 20MHz
BWP_PROFILE-30 non_DSS and 5MHz
BWP_PROFILE-7 if we have B77 on site
BWP_PROFILE-71 if we have B77 on site
BWP_PROFILE-9 5MHz
BWP_PROFILE-116 15MHz and DSS, CATM, NBIOT
BWP_PROFILE-117 20MHz and DSS, CATM, NBIOT
BWP_PROFILE-149 15MHz and DSS, CATM, NBIOT
BWP_PROFILE-150 20MHz and DSS, CATM, NBIOT

- Please note that whenever we have a carrier that is 15MHZ with DSS and NBIOT (Can also have
CATM activated), we must have BWP_PROFILE-2, 116 & 149. Same case for 20MHz with DSS and
NBIOT (can have CATM activated), we must have BWP_PROFILE-2, 117 & 150

In this case (15/20MHz with NBIOT and CATM) we should follow the values for parameters
under the suffix DSS_15Mhz_CATM_NBIOT & DSS_20Mhz_CATM_NBIOT for both 5G and LTE
nodes

- Whenever a change in ARFCN is required, the following parameters must be updated.

On 5G node:
NRCELL MO: parameter “nrarfcn” should have the new value, parameter “gscnOrSsPbchArfcn”
to be taken from CIQ: in sheet SiteMainPar under “gscnOrSsPbchArfcn” column “Q”
NRHOIF MO: parameter “ssbFrequency” should be replaced: remove the previous value and
replace it with the new updated one from the CIQ under name “CARRIERFREQNRCELL” from
“5GSub6-eNB NBRs” sheet column “K”
Relations should be there in this MO towards the new updated frequency
On LTE node:
In ENDCDMEASCONF: parameter “carrierFreqNrCell” should have the updated ssbFrequency:
from the CIQ under name “CARRIERFREQNRCELL” from “5GSub6-eNB NBRs” sheet column “K”
In ENDCMEASCONF: parameter “carrierFreqNrCell” should have the updated ssbFrequency:
from the CIQ under name “CARRIERFREQNRCELL” from “5GSub6-eNB NBRs” sheet column “K”
- For MOKA/DSW/MNP TDD cells, we must have two BWP profiles dedicated for CBAND and DOD
which are 7 & 71 along with their children MOs created accordingly (Latest essentials should be
auditing all BWP profiles). BWPDN list in NRCELL must be audited manually in all cases, and we
must make sure that BWP 7 & 71 are created in BWPDN for TDD cells. You can refer to refer to
FGA 154/image below.

22R1 Checks:
IPAPP, NRANR, NRANRPR, NRSYSINFO_PROFILE, NRULCLPC_PROFILE, PDSCH, TWAMPREFLECT.
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE and NRULCLPC_PROFILE have dependencies in NRCELL.

- NRSYSINFO_PROFILE:
o for SA sites: we are having profiles as per GS sheet.
- For NSA Sites: We must delete all profiles since this MO is only used for SA sites.
- NRULCLPC_PROFILE: we are having profiles 1, 2. FDD cells will point to profile-1 and TDD cells
will point to profile-2.
- NRREL: sCellAdditionMethod should be set to blind for co-sector cells of different bands.

22R2 Checks:
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA & NRSYSINFO_PROFILE

FOR NRSYSINFO_PROFILE MO that was previously present on 22R1 sites, it is now split into two different
MOs, one for NSA sites (NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA), and one for SA/NSA+SA sites (NRSYSINFO_PROFILE).
Each have different dependency in NRCELL which are nrSysInfoNsaProfileDN and nrSysInfoProfileDN
respectively.

For NSA sites, we need to delete NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-0 & NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-1, and

nrSysInfoProfileDN must be deleted/emptied. We also need to have NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-1 &
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-2, and nrSysInfoNsaProfileDN must reference profile 1 for FDD source cells
and profile 2 for TDD source cells.

Same case for SA sites, we need to have NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-0 & NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-1, and
nrSysInfoProfileDN must reference profile 0 for FDD source cells and profile 1 for TDD source cells. We
also need to have NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-1 & NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-2 deleted if present, and
nrSysInfoNsaProfileDN must be deleted/emptied.

(Make sure these are set correctly before running your plan, as there are other dependencies).

FDD TDD
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-1 NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA-2
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-0 NRSYSINFO_PROFILE-1

In case site is NSA, make sure the following parameters are set to:
NRSYSINFO_PROFILE_NSA = profiles created
nrsysinfonsaprofileDN = refer to previous table
nrsysinfoprofileDN = unset
actEnhanceIntraNrIntraFreqAnr = true
actNsaUeBasedAnrNr = true
NRBTS:
- actScheUePooling is being set wrong by tool. Also check its dependency actConnRrcPooling
(Refer to GS Sheet).
- actBeamControlImprovement1 and actBeamControlImprovement2 should be checked from GS
Sheet as this is being set wrong by the tool.
- When actMeasBasedSCellAddition is being set to false, make sure the following parameters are
set to:
sCellAdditionMethod = Blind (For co-sector cells)
a2MeasSCellRelEnabled = none (For CA sites)
a1BasedPCellSwitchEnabled = false (All NRHOIF profiles)
a2BasedPCellSwitchEnabled = false (All NRHOIF profiles)

NRHOIF
This MO is to be audited manually since tool doesn’t support it yet. As per the latest GS Sheet we now
have new suffixes that tells us how to create NRHOIF relations. These suffixes are as follows and a brief
description of each one:

LB = N5, MB = N2 or N66, MB+ = N77

Suffix Description
Source cell Target cell
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_MB_to_LB N002/N066 N005
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_LB_MB_to_MB N005/N002/N066 N002/N066
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_MB+_to_LB N077 N005
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_MB+_to_MB N077 N002/N066
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_LB_MB_to_MB+ N005/N002/N066 N077
IFHO_Non_Concurrent_MB+_to_MB+ N077 N077
NRANRPR
This MO should only be audited for cells that are in our scope. If we have an existing cell that didn’t have
it’s related NRANRPR profile created, we don’t add it.

The following table explained which NRANRPR profiles we need depending on our site’s configuration.

NRANRPR-x Band
NRANRPR-1 default, should always be present
NRANRPR-2 N005
NRANRPR-4 N002
NRANRPR-6 N066_1
NRANRPR-7 N066_2
NRANRPR-10 N077_1
NRANRPR-11 N077_2

Note that NRANRPR-1 should be present regardless of our site’s configuration.

Make sure to retune the ssbFrequency for TDD cells in MOKA/DSW/MNP according to FGA 154 when
creating/modifying their NRANRPR profiles.

Ex.: Let’s say we have a site that is N2+N5+N077_1+N077_2, according to the previous table we should
have NRANRPR-1, 2, 4, 10 & 11 created.
Antenna Configuration for TDD cells

Before running the plan, when nrCellType in NRCELL is being changed to 8DL4UL for TDD Cells, antenna
configuration for these cells should be changed to 8T4R on Element Manager. This is represented in the
images below:

Go to Commissioning wizard

Press the settings button for any cell

Make sure NR TDD > Basic Cell Settings is selected

For each cell, we need to change NR Cell Type to 8DL4UL and a new Channel Group should be created

Open the Newly created Channel group; Antenna should be set to PHYANT TXRX, TX and RX should be
set to 4 and 0 respectively.
IPRTV6 (Skip for now)
A new check is now added which is the IPRTV6 only when site is NSB. In this MO we need an emphasis
on the below structure:

AT&T Gold Standard Permissi

MO Parameter Name
(UI Value) on
MRBTS/TNLSVC/TNL-1/IPNO/ destinationIpv6PrefixL
IPRTV6,staticIpv6Routes-003 ength 64 Global

IPRTV6,staticIpv6Routes-003 routeIpMtu <unset> Global
MRBTS/TNLSVC/TNL-1/IPNO/
IPRTV6,staticIpv6Routes-003 triggerDN <unset> Global

The 4th structure and its parameters must be set as follows:

All parameters except gatewayIpv6Addr must follow GS sheet structure 4 (staticIpv6Routes-003) as

shown in the table above.

gatewayIpv6Addr is a site-specific parameter, so this parameter will vary from one site to another. This
parameter should be set as the most recurring IP address from this list.

Radio Sharing (Skip for now)

This should be set according to GS whenever we have RFS/RFS+DSS. We can check from CIQ which 5G
cells are sharing radios with LTE cells.

Filtering out on RFS related suffixes on GS sheet, the CABLINK MO should give us the following table.

Two CABLINK profiles should be created from both BBMOD and SMOD_EXT towards each RMOD
(secondEndPointDN) that has radio sharing enabled and should be following GS Sheet for the rest of the
parameters.

As an example: Let’s say we have Radio sharing between N002 cells and B2 cells over AHFIB on RMOD-1,
2 & 3 which is on BBMOD-1. In total, Six CABLINK profiles will be created, 2 towards each RMOD.

First 2 CABLINK profiles should be created from BBMOD-1 and SMOD_EXT-(x) (firstEndPointDN) towards
RMOD-1 (secondEndPointDN). Same case is replicated for RMOD-2 & 3.

radioProtocolType is the only parameter which has 2 suffixes, only one of them must be followed
whether we have ABIO on site or no.

SMOD_EXT (Skip for now)

This MO should be following GS Sheet for all parameters.

Make sure all MOs and parameters which have RFS_NR-LTE or RFS_NR-LTE_ABIO as suffix are included
in scripting and following GS.
22R3 Checks:
NRCELL (Check against GS Sheet):
beamSet-000: lowerEdgeAngle = 135
actARPBasedAC = on
dlPtrs-000: dlPtrsFreqDensityThresNrb0 = 277
ulPtrs-000: ulPtrsFreqDensityThresNrb0 = 277
ulSchedTimeInterval = 4ms
actUeCsirsCoexistCellCsirs = false for CBAND and DOD and unset for the rest.

N.B.: The below parameters must be done manually since the fix isn’t being correctly implemented in
the script.

NRMULTIBANDINFO_PROFILE & NRNSPMAX_PROFILE:

Two New MOs are introduced in 22R3 and must be linked in NRCELL-nrMultibandInfoProfileDN for DOD
cells only as seen in the image below:

NRNSPMAX_PROFILE & NRMULTIBANDINFO_PROFILE must be created and following GS before linking

to DOD cells.
23R1 Checks:
SLCELLDRCONF:
Make sure that this MO is present in SW 23R1, follow GS Sheet for all its parameter values.

NRDLMUMIMO:
One profile must be created for each CBAND and DOD cell

All parameter values should follow GS Sheet.

NRCELL:
ulConfiguredGrantType2-000 list, ulCgPrbStartOffset is not being imported by Netact, therefore audit
this list manually by following GS Sheet

TAC:
Tracking Area Code must be checked from RMAP, in both NRPLMNSET_NSA and TrackingArea MO.

NRREL:
Make sure relations are present between all 5G cells:
IWK
- SIB, LNRELGNBCELL, NRDCDPR, NRDCPR, ENDCDMEASCONF and ENDCDMEASCONF are
following FGA 062_RevJ depending and what combination we have on our 5G node.

Also, NRMEASDPR and NRMEASPR should be created in case missing. NRMEASPR should follow
the cell list and number of profiles of NRDCPR.

For LNRELGNBCELL make sure all relations are present from LTE node towards our 5G collocated
node.

- Make sure that b1ThresholdNrRsrp in ENDCDMEASCONF and ENDCMEASCONF should be set to

-124 as per GS for CBAND profile only, and -115 for other carriers.

- actUeCapEndcHo in LNBTS cannot be set per to GS unless 5G is MB, since IMLBNR MO follow
configUeCapEndcHoRetry = priorityAboveLoadBasedHo and actB1NrBasedImlb=true if we have
5G MB collocated.

- Hold off on auditing LNCELDESC MO on CBAND sites.

- Whenever we’re auditing a 5G site and performing IWK audit on its collocated LTE node,
parameter upperLayerIndicationR15 should be set as follows on ALL LTE cells except NBIOT &
DL-Only cells:

FNET NO FNET
5G LB (Where LB is the only carrier) <unset> Set to 1
5G MB (Where MB is the only carrier) 1 1
5G N77 (Where N77 is the only carrier) 1 1
5G mmW (Where mmW is the only carrier) 1 1
Any 5G Combination (5G CarrierAdd) 1 1
No 5G collocated node <unset> <unset>
- Make sure to update carrierFreqNrCell for ENDCDMEASCONF and ENDCMEASCONF to the
correct ssbFrequency for TDD cells.
- ssbFreqNrCell in NRDCDPR must follow the retuned frequency according to the image below

- For 22R3 make sure to follow this value for cPlaneIpAddrctrl for LNADJGNB profile related to our
5G collocated node.
IP Checks

All mentioned MOs below must be audited when site is NSB.

LTE:
We must make sure CTRLTS and MTRACE MOs are present.

All IP and port Parameters under the mentioned MOs must be audited manually and should follow the
below table according to each NetAct.

MTRACE CTRLTS

5G:
Make sure NRMTRACECU, NRMTRACEDU and TCE MOs are present, and their parameters are following
GS. TCE Has an IP and port parameter which should be set according to the following table for each
NetAct.

To be able to successfully create NRMTRACECU, NRMTRACEDU and TCE MOs, their respective parent
MO’s must be created through monitor which are: NRCTRLTS, TCEADM and NRCTLTSDU.

For 22R3 5G NSBs we should have IPSEC activated similar to what we're following in LTE (same GS suffix
FN-S1U), if we find it not activated at all on a specific site then we should push it back to integration
team
LTE Checks

- MOPR: configUeCapEndcHoRetry = "priorityAboveLoadBasedHo" and LNBTS:

actB1NrBasedImlb="true" if we have 5G collocated MB
- Parameter maxDlCaConfigForUlCa in MO CAGENB must be checked manually in the case of NSB sites
and in the case where we have single carrier sites having 5MHz BW and CATM activated on that
carrier
- LTE MCA Audit: we need to look at IRFIM/LNHOIF/CAPR/CAREL/AMLEPR pivot tables in Results sheet
and look at the missing relations. For existing as well, if any missing is noticed we must look in CM
editor history and see if that was done/caused by Nexius work on the site.
- On non-B14 eNB (including CRAN):
For all markets except MOKA we need to create MOPR-1 & MOPR-2 and correct the mapping in
LNCEL MO on parameter “moPrMappingList”. However, for MOIMP MO, we should not create
profiles 1&2 even though we have MOPR-1 & MOPR-2.
For MOKA market, should be kept as is.
For MOPR-1 & MOPR-2: the following parameters should be set like the following:

In addition, we need to have LNHOIF-8 (relation from our new carriers/scope towards B14 cells)
regardless of the site configuration i.e even if we do not have FNET/B14 integrated on site, we need
to have a LNHOIF relation with id 8 towards this carrier (frequency 5330 and BW 10 MHz).

- For all LTE audits for the time being, make sure to check MOs related to IPSECC on CM Editor History
and see if anything was changed during integration, mainly on IKEP, SECPOL-1 & SECPOL-2. If it was,
we must revert back the changes and mention if we encounter these cases.
DSS/MB Checks

- Audit MOIMP/MOPR when performing 5G audit if 5G has MB (same for LTE audits when 5G collo is
MB).
- For any 5G MB site, whether DSS is activated or not:
o If site is N2 MB, ARFCN of B2 should not be present in profiles 5,6 and if N66 MB, ARFCN of B4
and B66 both should not be present in profiles 5,6 for both MOIMP and MOPR.
o MOIMP: remove all priorities from idleLBEutCelResPrio profile 5 and 6, and two new
parameters are to be set depending on the following table. These parameters are:
 idleLBEutCelResPrioEnDc related to ENDC Priority from table
 idleLBEutCelResWeightEnDc related to ENDC Weight from table

MOIMP Configuration in case we have 5G MB collocated:

MOPR Configuration in case we have 5G MB collocated:

- For sites having 5G collocated DSS activated, please make sure not to overwrite the changes done on
the LTE IWK while doing the LTE audit. Make sure to compare every parameter in the script with the
GS.
- Double check these parameters manually against the GS if they are present in the script during LTE
Carrier Add/NSB audit in case we have 5G MB DSS collocated.
