Personalized Assessment

Mechanics for the upcoming series of assessments.

Introduction

This advisory is intended to explain the mechanics of personalized assessment to be used

in the subject under Sir Sax. This document is intended for classroom use only, and
strictly the instructor is not giving permission to anyone in distributing this document in
any form.

Aim

The main objective of this advisory is to minimize plagiarism and motivate students under
the subject to work at his/her own pace and capacity. This mechanics intends only to
minimize not to reduce the cheating and copying of work to zero because reducing
cheating to zero seems impossible.

Mechanics

Rest assured that the method will be just and fair to everybody. Nature of the problems
are all the same weight of the problem are all the same. The only difference is the givens
are different and is based on the student itself, thus personalized.

Givens are based on the names of the students. It is based on the number of characters of
the name of the students. Seems interesting huh. Now let us see the structure of a name.
The identification of a student has three parts. The surname, the middle name and the
given name. Note the number of characters below in red color. Note also that we will
consider only letters, name with letters only, other characters will not be counted. Spaces
also will not be counted.
