CONTRACT

I, SOL MIGUELITO JIMENEZ, of legal age, a resident of POBLACION TAPAZ,

CAPIZ, do hereby execute this contract with MR. A, likewise of legal age and a
resident of TAPAZ, CAPIZ. This contract was made and executed with the subject
real property located at SAN ROQUE, TAPAZ,CAPIZ, which was described as a
parcel of lot with 500 sq meters more or less, with TCT No. or Declaration No. ____.
The vendor SOL MIGUELITO sell this real property in the amount of Ph1500,
000,000.00 payable in two (2) instalments. The breakdown of payments are as
follows:
Ph750, 000.00 –payable on November 2022; and another Ph750, 000.00 payable on
May 2023
The parties agreed that the vendee will do the management and obligation of the
said subject property until the full payment of the agreed price/amount to the said
vendor. The Deed of Absolute sale shall be executed after full amount has been
paid.
