monthly remittances of the government entities or under the UNIFIED registration (for

the like of Pag-ibig, Philhealth, & SSS) this is to ensure they are giving protection to their
employees, members and beneficiaries as mandated by the local laws & regulations.
INSTA STRUCTURES to provide their lists of clients and projects (on-going or completed)
with a validation chronicles/histories or certification issued by several of their listed
3. projects/clients stating their company is a reputed Home Building contractors for the steel
design, fabrication and erection works particularly in rendering their field of services. (List
of project/s presented is OK but Engineer needs evidence).
QMS manual presented are acceptable however company Organizational Chart of INSTA
4. STRUCTURES has to include brief resumes of the principal or their key personnel’s within
the organization.
The giving of any consent or approval of the drawing/documents shall not in any way relieve the Contractor of any of his
obligations under the Contract or his duty to ensure the correctness, accuracy, or suitability to the matter of thing which is
the subject of the consent or approval.
