Adverb of Frequency
describes how often something occurs
She takes the boat to the mainland every day. She often goes by herself.
Adverb of Time
tells when, how often and how long an action happened.
She tries to get back before dark. It's starting to get dark now. She finished
her tea first. She left early.

tells about intensity of something
