    There are many qualities that a leader must possess in order to


    make him a great leader,however it starts with learning what
    exactly leadership is.Leadership is not exactly possessing all the
    good qualities of being a leader but rather it is the ability to
    influence others to work towards a common goal,it is how you
    be able to bounce back from setbacks and overcome
    challenges.it is about how you drive and step out of your
    comfort zone and realize that life is about learning,failing and
    growing rather than drowning to power.You will be question of
    your leadership,You will be dragged to rock bottom at points
    that’s why you have to maintain a social distance from the
    employees so when time comes that they will judge you, you
    will be hit but you will never fall.And if by chance you will fall
    then you’ll pick yourself back up ,because you know falling
    allows learning.

    CASE # 2

    The situation shows favoritism and it practices a fawning


    paternalism in dealing with the staff and constituents.
