MANAGER SYSTEMS COMPLIANCES / MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the Automobile manufacturing company producing 70cc and
78cc motorcycles under the brand-name of RAVI HAMSAFAR & PREMIUM R1, also producing a joint venture Ravi PIAGGIO-Storm 125 in
collaboration with PIAGGIO (Italy).
• Led a cross-functional team for design and implementation of Organizational Development structure in the company including
development of Employees’ Rules and Regulations, as well as Performance Measurement Appraisals.
• Led a team of engineers for development of product standards such as drawings, inspection standards, work instructions and process
flowcharts for all the Production departments including Sheet Metal Works, Welding, Paint Shops, Assembling Areas, Engine
Manufacturing, CNC Parts Manufacturing Divisions, etc.

SENIOR MANAGER (PRODUCTION FACILITY); The project work was CDWA (Clean Drinking Water for All) by the Govt. of Pakistan in
association with US-AID. It comprised design, manufacturing, testing and on-site installation of Ultra-Filtration Water Treatment Plants
throughout Southern Punjab region.
Additional responsibilities of MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the same company, Initiating the idea for QHSE Management Systems
and working in liaison with consultants for system development and implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System) that comprises
design and on-floor implementation of ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001.
• Head of Production Facility for Manufacturing & Testing of Ultra-Filtration Water Purification Plants and their Assembly Skids
