VISION
MISSION
Our goal is to make our clients' life easier and more convenient. To be the most trusted
dry cleaning and laundry service provider by delivering consistent results.
COMPANY GOALS
BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Our organization is looking for people that are goal-oriented and willing to work as part
of a team to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for partners that
appreciate personal relationships and work effectively in groups. The company is
devoted to its core values:
SERVICE
Customers shall be handled with greatest respect and kindness when receiving
services.
SUPPORT
LEGAL FORM
First is our location, our location is a new rise condo so there is likely no other rivalry
and because it is new there are only few commodities. Clean Sweep offers unique
structure and atmosphere in a laundry shop .We provide unique features that can
satisfy and make customers come back at this distinctive laundry shop. Clean Sweep
is a good listener to what people suggest that can make this business better and unique
from the others.
PRICING STRUCTURE
The rates of each service will be determined using cost-based pricing. Cost-based
pricing employs manufacturing costs as its foundation for pricing, and to this base cost,
a profit level must be applied to arrive at the product price. The profit margin is
calculated by adding the consumption and services costs, direct labor costs, and the
markup percentage.
V.MARKET PLAN
More washing features and other unique services may be offered if the business
succeeds. Social media platform and the people necessity will play key parts in the
business's advertising strategy, which will most likely attract clients from all sectors of
life.
Market Research
To establish the marketability and preferences of the firm, a market study was done
using an online survey questionnaire using Google Forms. 50 percent of the
responders are female, 45 percent are male, and the remaining 5% are others.
75% of the respondents chose 4 times or less per year going in a laundry shop, both
10% on 13 to 18 times per year and 19 to 24 times a year. Lastly, 5% on 5 to 12 times
per year. Next is 100% of the respondents prefer to wash clothes with fabric conditioner
and none without fabric.95% on that will bring your own laundry detergent or any
cleaning agent in a laundry shop and 5% are not willing to bring. 85% are willing to go
in a laundry if there are features like free Wi-Fi, Steam press or any other services and
15% are not. Last but not the least, 55 % will wait for their laundry to be finish and 45%
for those who will just use delivery service. There for I conclude that the study's findings
imply that Clean Sweep has potential and, as a consequence, the firm is feasible since
clients are willing to attend.
Economics
Run a dry cleaning and laundry business. A laundry shop is where the actual sorting,
washing, drying, and ironing (pressing) of laundry takes place. Entrepreneurs who run
this business from home or on a small scale typically use manual methods to clean the
clothes (such as hand washing). Laundromats can be profitable, particularly in large
cities where many people use Laundromat services. Smaller towns can provide some
success in a washateria venture (or any other ventures). Laundromats can seem, on
the surface, to be a good investment. Laundromats were self-service before self-service
was the norm, which means you probably won’t have to invest in a team of employees
to be on site 24 hours a day. The best reason to start a home laundry service is that it is
relatively simple to get started with a little ingenuity. First and foremost, congratulations
if you are one of the 40% of homeowners who already have a washing machine and
dryer! You're well on your way to launching your company. Even if you don't, the
estimated capital required to launch a home laundry service is between PhP100, 000
and PhP250, 000. This should cover the cost of a few washer-dryers, as well as the
production of some simple marketing materials, as well as the initial operating costs for
the first few months of your business's operation, while it finds its feet. To broaden your
potential market, you should also be able to provide a few value-added services such
as pick-up and delivery within a one-kilometer radius of your location. Starting a home
laundry business with some careful thought and planning could be just what you need
to add a few zeroes to your bank account. While no venture is completely risk-free,
laundry services appear to be promising opportunities when the aforementioned factors
are taken into account. If you start a laundry business in the Philippines with 50 kg to 55
kg average laundry services each day, then there is little room for profit in the early
days. This is because the cost of business takes up the majority of profits. For an
average of 75 kg per day, you could earn around 10,000 PHP per month.
Customers
Customers who need to wash their laundry quickly and consumers who want laundry-
related services are the potential. Our clients are divided into the following groups:
1. College Students who are living in a dorm that is too busy to wash their laundry.
2. Local Residents who are busy at their works and also the convenience of the
location.
3. Visitors and Tourist
There is no really a competitors because the place is new. But if there is it will be:
● Nearby or new built laundry shop. They're close to where this firm started,
and they tend to provide comparable services and they can improve their
services if they use ours as a foundation of ideas.
Strategy
Clean Sweep will continue to draw more clients as the business grows, which might
lead to the facility being upgraded and expanded to handle a growing group of
consumers. Online services will be made accessible for company adaptability in order
to respond to COVID-19 constraints.

To raise brand recognition, Clean Sweep will invest in advertising by making tarpaulins
and flyers. Clean Sweep will also use its profiles on various social media platforms to
further its promotional efforts.
